Managing the Job Logs

This function allows the various histories (logs) to be printed and deleted.
There are two types of logs available: Job Log, and Error Log.
Job Log
This is the record of job processing for all completed jobs. A variety of information is
recorded here, including job numbers, the number of copies printed, the input and output
sizes and the processing time.
Automatic printing is possible with job logs. Once the automatic printing mode has been
activated, the log will be printed automatically whenever 51 pages of processed jobs
accumulate.
The maximum number of job log lines that can be saved is set within a range of 510 to
65,535. If the number of lines exceeds this value, the oldest item in the log is deleted and
the new information recorded.
