Operation Procedure (Collated)

Select [Collated] as the sorting
method.

Press the [Yes] button to insert a
banner sheet.

Select the number of desired
output sets using the Control
Board keypad.

Press the [Done] button.
The E-Sorter parameters will be
programmed, and the screen returns to
the copier's menu.

Insert the first document from the
document set, into the scanner.
The E-Sorter Collated screen will be
displayed. Wait for a sample copy to
print.

Examine the sample copy. If the
copy is acceptable, continue with
s t e p 7 . I f t h e c o p y i s n o t
acceptable:
• Press [Delete] if you need to delete
the last scanned document. Select the
new copy features and settings and
select [Done]. Re-scan the document.
• Press [Change Setup] button to
change the copy features of the next
scanned document. Select the new
copy features and settings and select
[Done].
