Analog Conversion Relationship Introduction
The external analog has three channels, and the parameter configuration for
each channel follows a linear function y=kx+b. The parameter explanations are
as follows:
Independent variable x: The actual input voltage value of the external
analog channel.
Slew factor k: Same as Mx in the menu, set by the user.
Offset b: Same as Mb in the menu, set by the user.
y: The actual output value of the instrument. (Voltage when CV is prioritized,
current when CC is prioritized)

limit I-.
CC priority: Specify the value of the voltage lower
limit Vl.
