Processing a Job (When Using the Scanner Connected to PaperStream NX
Manager)
This section explains about the basic flow of starting a scan by processing a job set in PaperStream NX
Manager.
To process a job with the scanner, you need to configure the preferences settings for PaperStream NX
Manager.
For details, refer to the PaperStream NX Manager User's Guide.

Turn on the scanner.

Confirm that the following main screen is displayed on the touch screen.
The screen example is for the login method that uses a user name.
HINT
● If the above screen is not displayed, refer to
(page 411) to change the main screen.
● When authenticating a user using a specific scanner, the screen showing the job list appears
in place of the login screen.

Guide.

Enter authentication information and press the [Login] button.
Log in to PaperStream NX Manager with one of the following methods.
● Logging in with a username/password
Enter a specific user name for logging in.
