Changing an Email Address

Change the email addresses to which scanned images are sent by email when using DirectScan.
1
Display the [Select Address] screen by one of the following methods.
● From [Send by E-mail]
a
In the main screen, press the [Send by E-mail] button.
● From [Perform Job]
a
In the main screen, press the [Perform Job] button.

In the [Select Job] screen, press

In the [Edit Job] screen, press the job to change and press
d
For the [Destination Type] in the [Change Job] screen, configure the settings for [Send
by E-mail].

In the [Add Job] screen, press [Destination].

In the [Select Address] screen, press

In the [Edit Address] screen, select the address to be changed and press

When you select an email address and press
down by one.

In the [Change Address] screen, change the settings and press the [Set] button.
