ATTENTION
The function works the best when the target color on the document is pale. If the
target color is too dark, it may not be excluded.
HINT
The setting is disabled when [Automatic Color/Grayscale Detection] is selected for
[Image Mode] and a color image is detected.
Page
Rotation
Corrects the image orientation.
Set a rotating direction for an image.
● 0 degrees
This is the factory default setting.
● 90 degrees clockwise
● 90 degrees counterclockwise
● 180 degrees
Delete Blank Page
Set whether to detect and remove blank pages.
Set this to on when detecting and deleting blank pages.
If there are no text or pictures in the detection area below, the page is recognized as a
blank page.
When the document length is 158 mm or longer, the following area falls outside the area
of detection.
(1): Top = 16 mm
(2): Bottom = 16 mm
When the document length is less than 158 mm, the following area falls outside the area
of detection.
(1): Top = 4 mm
