HINT
● If not specified, the email will be sent with the email text that was set in the [Send
e-Mail] screen.
● If the email body text contains characters that cannot be displayed on the touch
screen of the scanner (such as environment-dependent characters), the text may
not display correctly on the screen.
Scan Settings
Configure the scan settings to be used when documents are scanned with the scanner.
HINT
The maximum number of sheets that can be scanned differs as follows depending on
whether thumbnails are displayed after document feeding is complete.
● When displaying thumbnails
60 sheets in duplex scanning mode and 120 sheets in simplex scanning mode
● When thumbnails are not displayed
500 sheets in duplex scanning mode and 1,000 sheets in simplex scanning mode
