● Scanner Central Admin Server
If you want to manage a large number of scanners, use Scanner Central Admin Server.
Scanner Central Admin Server enables you to update the settings and drivers on multiple
scanners at once.
You can link the server with scanners and manage them with the following methods.
- Linking with scanners through Scanner Central Admin Agent that are installed on the
computers
- Linking directly with scanners that are connected to the network

● Scanner Central Admin Desktop
If you want to manage a small number of scanners (*3), you can use Scanner Central Admin
Desktop.
Scanner Central Admin Desktop can operate on the client operating system.
Scanner Central Admin Desktop enables you to configure settings for DirectScan, create jobs, and
apply them to scanners.
You can link the server with scanners and manage them with the following methods.
- Linking directly with scanners that are connected to the network
