EEPROM Error

If an EEPROM error occurs, the [Error] screen on the touch screen displays the following error code
and the corresponding details and solution.
Error Code
E7:D2
Turn the scanner off then back on.
If the problem still persists, write down the error code, check each item in
Scanner Service Provider (page 248)
this product. Refer to the contact information in the Contact List if supplied with this product, or
refer to the contact information in the Contact for Inquiries section if provided in Safety
Precautions supplied with this product, and then make an inquiry.

Image Memory Read-Write Error

If an error occurs when data is read from the image memory or written on the image memory, the
[Error] screen on the touch screen displays one of the following error codes and the corresponding
details and solution.
Error Code
E9:F5
E9:F6
Turn the scanner off then back on.
If the problem still persists, write down the error code, check each item in
Scanner Service Provider (page 248)
this product. Refer to the contact information in the Contact List if supplied with this product, or
refer to the contact information in the Contact for Inquiries section if provided in Safety
Precautions supplied with this product, and then make an inquiry.

Carrier Error

If a carrier error occurs, the [Error] screen on the touch screen displays the following error code
and the corresponding details and solution.
