Scanner Settings (Touch Screen)
Description
Specify whether or not to issue a scanner code.
If the [PaperStream NX Manager] setting is
enabled, a scanner code can be used when
scanning with a user application on a computer
or mobile device.
Configure the settings for wired LAN.
When the scanner is connected to a network,
the URL for fi Series Network Settings (browser)
is displayed.
Configure the DirectScan settings.
Configure the settings for a server, which is to
be connected to the scanner.
Specify whether to encrypt network
communications.
Check the communication status between the
scanner and the connected computer.
Specify the number of feeding retries when a
document is not fed from the ADF paper chute
(feeder).
Configure the settings to detect overlapped
documents during a scan.
Specify an area to detect overlapped
documents.
Configure the setting to automatically ignore
certain patterns of overlapped documents when
the setting to detect overlapped documents is
enabled.
Configure the settings when manually loading
and scanning one sheet at a time.
Enable this mode to use the scanner at an
altitude of 2,000 m or higher.
When the scanner is set to detect the paper size
automatically, specify whether or not to
optimize (round up/down) the fractional part of
the scanned image.
Configure the settings to fill in the shadow or
streaks around the edge of the scanned image.
