The Intercept Routing feature can activate when the destination of an incoming call is unavailable, or when
there is no destination for the call, to reroute the call to an alternate destination.

Enables the Intercept
Routing—DND feature
to activate when the
original destination is in
DND mode.
Enables the Intercept
Routing—No
Destination feature to
activate when there is
no destination for the
call.
Enables the Intercept
Routing feature to
operate for extension
calls.
Value Range
Disable (Busy Tone): Sends a
busy tone to the caller.
(However, a call through an
LCOT card will ring at the
original destination while the
caller hears a ringback tone.)
Enable: Redirects the call to
the intercept destination
Disable (Reorder Tone):
Sends a reorder tone to the
caller. (However, a call
through an LCOT card will ring
at the original destination
while the caller hears a
ringback tone.)
Enable: Redirects the call to
an operator
