information of unanswered calls
when the ICD group distribution
method is set to Uniform Call
Distribution or Priority Hunting,
for the Built-in ACD Report.
Specifies the screen update
interval time for the ICD Group
Call Monitor View.
Specifies the method to
announce the estimated wait time
to calls waiting in an ICD group
queue. The amount of time
announced is calculated using
the time set here for each call in
the queue.
Specifies the threshold wait time
for when calls waiting in an ICD
group queue will hear the special
announcement.
