Registering Pallet (Pallet parameter)

6.5.1. Registering Pallet
Pallet parameter defines the size, product overhang limits and forklift direction. The
pallet orientation to the robot is referenced by the forklift direction. PW (pallet width)
is always the side which is received by the pallet. Up to a 10 different pallet
arrangement can be stored in OXPA-QmII
Select from menu bar-[Registration]-[Pallet parameter] command.
Or click the icon
1. Enter the pallet to be changed (1-10) ant the "Pallet type" field and press enter
2. Input the dimension of the pallet to pallet dimension fields. "PW" is width of
viewing from forklift direction. "PH" is thickness of pallet.
3. Input the Overhang value into "Overhang" field. See detail for overhang in below.
4. Click the "OK."
Overhang:
Overhang is the amount of product which is allowed to protrude past the edge of the
pallet.
OHW = Overhang width
OHL1 = Overhang length, side 1 (Opposite side of OHL2)
OHL2 = Overhang length, side 2 (Forklift direction side)
