With an Okura A series Robot Palletizer, one station and one pallet are defined in one
program. However, stacking with multiple station conveyors and multiple pallets can
be done by switching between and executing a number of different programs.
For Example: Layout is 1 station conveyor and 2 pallet positions
Program 1: For pattern "A" Station conveyor to Pallet position 1
Program 2: For pattern "A" Station conveyor to pallet position 2
Program 3: For pattern "B" Station conveyor to Pallet position 1
Program 4: For pattern "B" Station conveyor to pallet position 2
If program selection is set to [External], a program can be selected by designating
an ID No. form the peripheral conveyor control system such as PLC.
