4.2.8. C axis position registration
Positional data is edited with the addition and the deletion of the step of C
axis.
OXPA-QmII calculates three from step 1 of C axis automatically. Each step is
1: close position and 2: open position (release product) and 3: position of
opening completely. Please refer to 6.1.7 for details.
