Robot

Robot filed displays all of robot name and comment underneath of current directory
(Folder). Double click the program which you want to edit or checks then click the
"Close" button for close this screen.
Important!
If a "Registration"-"Robot type" command is chosen by the menu
bar, although robot's model can be changed, since it becomes
the cause of troubles, such as incorrect operation of a robot,
please do not use it. Changing a 2 axis robot into a 4 axis robot
and changing a 4 axis robot into a 2 axis robot especially should
not make it absolute.

New Robot registration

This section explains how to make new robot program folder.
1. Input Maximum station conveyor quantity and Maximum pallet positions.
2. Input the reference program name (Normally select program name "PEFPRG")
from directory of QXPA-QmII (Inside of this directory there is OXAP-QmII execute
file).
3. After you selected "PEFPRG" for reference program, program No. 901 to 972 are
copied into new folder from reference program.
4. Input the comment inside of "New Comment" field.
5. Input the Robot name (Job number) then click the "New Job" button
6. Select the Robot type (A1600, A700 or etc.) when this dialog box displayed.
7. Now you have new program folder. These program system parameters are default
value. Before starts creating a pattern, download the system parameters
from Robot to OXAP-QmII.
Note:
1) Erase the unused reference program then save this program as reference program.
When you create new program folder and select this reference program, only
necessary reference programs are copied to new program folder. Also it saves
the memory. When you want to use original reference program input this
reference program name into "Reference program" field.
2) After you create new program folder, current robot program folder does not
change. When you want to open the new program folder, select the program
from Job selection.
