14.1 Overview

The H8/3035 has 256 kbytes of on-chip ROM, the H8/3034 has 192 kbytes, and the H8/3033 has
128 kbytes. The ROM is connected to the CPU by a 16-bit data bus. The CPU accesses both byte
data and word data in two states, enabling rapid data transfer.
The PROM version of the H8/3035 can be set to PROM mode and programmed with a general-
purpose PROM programmer supporting this LSI.
