Problems during Printing

Check
Is the network cable disconnected
from the computer?
Is the network cable disconnected
from the machine?
Is the printer status Offline?
Has an error occurred on the
machine?
Are the IP address and Subnet
Mask set correctly?
Is the network between the
computer and the machine
working?
Is the port enabled?
Is the machine connected to
multiple computers?
Is the media of the specified size
loaded?
Is the Interrupt mode active?
Is a copy or scan job running?
Remedy
Connect the network cable to the computer.
Connect the network cable to the machine.
Check the setting for [Printer Status]. Select [Online] if the status
is [Offline].

Check the error message, and follow the instructions to solve the
problem.
Set the correct IP address and Subnet Mask.
