If you cannot import scanned data to the computer, identify the symptom in the following table to perform the
corresponding remedy.

Unable to Import Scanned Data to the Computer
Check
Is the main power and power
switch turned on?
Is the network cable disconnected
from the computer?
Is the network between the
computer and the machine
working?
Is the SNMP port enabled?
Is the machine in the Sleep mode?
Are the network settings correct?
Is the DNS server turned on?
Is the folder registered?
Password forgotten?
Is the original size too large?
Remedy
Turn the main power and power switch on.
Connect the network cable to the computer.
Consult with your network administrator.
Set the SNMP port to Enabled.
