4.7.8 Shield (No Conditioner)

Removing Shield (No Conditioner)

Follow these steps to remove the shielding installed on a disc header configured without a conditioner:
1. Disconnect and remove the header from the windrower.
On both ends of the header, remove four M16 hex head
bolts (A), nuts, and flat washers securing the shield (B)
to the panel on header (C).
2. Lift the shield (A) until pins (B) disengage from slots in
support (C) and shield on panel (D).
