5. Inspect right side roll conditioner U-joints (A) for signs of
wear or damage.
6. Inspect right side roll timing gearbox bearings (A) for
signs of wear or damage.

4.7.7 Changing the Conditioner

The R113 self-propelled disc header can be operated either with no conditioner, with a polyurethane roll
conditioner, or with a steel roll conditioner. If the header is not conditioner equipped, a shield must be installed.
Follow these instructions to change conditioners.
NOTE:
These instructions apply to all conditioners. Exceptions are identified where applicable.

Removing the Conditioner

This procedure is applicable when the header is not attached to the windrower. If necessary, detach the header
from the windrower before proceeding.
