3 Operation
3.1 Break-In Period
After attaching the self-propelled disc header to the self-propelled windrower for the first time, operate the machine
slowly for five minutes, watching and listening from the self-propelled windrower seat for binding or interfering parts.
NOTE:
Until you become familiar with the sound and feel of your new self-propelled disc header, be extra alert and
attentive.
CAUTION
Before investigating an unusual sound or attempting to correct a problem, stop the engine, engage
parking brake, and remove the key.
