Operation

Cable damage!
Positioning the cable incorrectly can lead to
pinching and thus damage to the cable. The
cable must not be attached too tightly or too
loosely. Avoid bending or squeezing the cable.

Loss of connection between the plug and
control panel!
Should the connection plug come loose during
driving, e. g. caused by vibrations, the connec-
tion to the control panel will get lost and the

power wheelchair trigger an emergency stop.
When inserting the plug, make sure to turn the
plug's lock ring to the right until it locks in
place.

7.1.4 footrest

Risk of getting pinched!
Make sure your fingers are not in the danger
area when flipping the footplates up or down.
Complete removal of the footrest is permitted
only for transportation of the wheelchair.
removal
1. Remove the calf band.
2. Flip the footplate up, release the footrest lock (see
fig. 10) and swing the footrest to the inside.
3. Pull the footrest up to remove it.
reassembly
1. Reinsert the footrest from above by placing it in the
holding device and swinging it outward until the
footrest lock engages.
2. Reattach the calf band to the holding device.
