POSTNET uses the height ("h") and width ("w") commands in the same way
as a font. Other symbologies use "h" to specify the bar height and "w" to
specify the narrow bar width. POSTNET uses "h" and "w" to magnify the base
character cell.
Each character cell is 13 dots high by 22 dots wide. The default width and
height magnification for POSTNET is 2 by 2, resulting in a symbology sized
according to the POSTNET specification.

n values can range between 0 and 199.
,name is optional. The field can be up to 8 ASCII
characters, but cannot start with a numeric character.
