The magneto rotor is magnetic, so be careful when
installing and removing the left crankcase cover. Do not
place your fi nger between the left crankcase cover and
the crankcase to avoid injury.

◆ ◆ Loosen the clamp in two places Loosen the clamp in two places 【 【 B B 】 】 , remove the
water pump outlet pipe 【 【 A A 】 】 water pump outlet pipe
◆ ◆ Loosen the clamp in two places Loosen the clamp in two places 【 【 C C 】 】 , remove the
oil cooler inlet pipe 【 【 D D 】 】 oil cooler inlet pipe
◆ Remove 11pcs bolts for left crankcase cover
◆ Gently pry around the left crankcase cover and take
the left crankcase cover out from the crankcase
