Remove the tensioner
This is a non-return type timing chain tensioner.
Once the push rod of the tensioner extends out of the

tensioning chain, it cannot return to the initial position.
Observe all the following rules:
When removing the tensioner, do not unscrew only
part of the mounting bolts. Retightening the mounting
bolts from this position may damage the tensioner and
timing chain. After the bolts are loosened, the tensioner
must be removed according to the instructions in
"Timing Chain Tensioner Installation" and returned to its
position.
After the tensioner is removed, do not turn the
crankshaft. This may change the timing position and
damage the valve

Install the tensioner
◆ Remove the tensioner adjusting hole bolt 【D】,
◆ Toggle the locking block 【G】, and press the
