9. Remove the clamp bracket from the tilt tube.
Starboard Clamp Bracket Installation
1. Install a bushing in the starboard clamp bracket.
2. Attach the ground cable with a bolt to the clamp bracket. Tighten the bolt to specified torque.

3. Install a washer on the tilt tube.
4. Install the clamp bracket assembly on the tilt tube.
