NOTE
Note that the totalization might be counted due to the influence of the output fluctuation near 0%
output if a small low-cut value is set.
In particular, if the value of the flow rate span, damping time constant or conductivity is low, the
totalization is easily counted when the flow rate is zero. In such a case, increase the flow rate
span, damping time constant, or low-cut value.
NOTE
If the output process value to be output is changed, it is necessary to specify the low-cut value
again.
