REPLACEMENTS
FUNCTION TEST

Check that the WIRE TIES are at the correct position. Use the marks from step 4 as
reference.

Check that the CONVEYOR is seated properly. It must be as far as possible to the
front (e.g. to the INPUT FLAP).

Run a TEST CYCLE.

.
Check that the FILM is picked up from the CASSETTE.
5
.
Check that the FILM is transported correctly into the FILM CHUTE.
6
.
Use various FILM SIZES.

REPLACEMENT OF THE FILM PICK UP MOTOR BELT (CARRIAGE)

Do Procedure "REMOVAL OF CONVEYOR".

.
Remove the 3 MOUNTING SCREWS of the FILM PICK UP MOTOR.

Replace the BELT with a new one.
FUNCTION TEST

Check that the CONVEYOR is seated properly. It must be as far as possible to the

Do PROCEDURE "REMOVAL OF CONVEYOR".

Remove the 3 MOUNTING SCREWS.

Take out the 3 MOTOR WIRES from the CONNECTOR X60. Use Extraction Tool
TL1580. See figure 2-29 on the next page.
