ADJUSTMENTS
58.
Place the BLOWPIPE POSITIONER GAUGE TL 4582 onto the FILM POCKET
SUCKERS.
59.
Check that the 0.5 mm HOLE of the BLOWPIPES is just above the BLOWPIPE
POSITIONER.
60.
If the position of the HOLE is not correct, loosen the HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
SCREWS of the BLOW PIPES and move the BLOWPIPES up or down as required.
Then fasten the SCREWS.
The position of the hole in the BLOWPIPES is important to separate the films in the MAGAZINES.

Switch off the SOLENOID Y14.
Select SOLENOID OFF

Remove the BLOW PIPE POSITIONER TOOL from the SUCKERS. The TOOL can
only be taken off,after SOLENOID VALVE Y12 is switched off and air is blown into the
SUCKERS.
Press BACKSPACE twice to come back to the screen COMPONENT TEST
Select SOLENOID VALVES .................................................................. press ENTER
