REPLACEMENTS

. Ensure that all PANELS are mounted correctly and that all PROTECTIVE GROUND
CABLES are properly connected.

REPLACEMENT OF THE LONG TRANSPORT ROLLER

. Switch off ML2000 (ML2000 P).

. Take off the SIDE PANELS.

. Take off the C-RING and BEARING at the right-hand side of the LONG TRANSPORT
ROLLER. See the drawing on the next page.

. Loosen the MOUNTING SCREWS (3) of the CASSETTE TRANSPORT MOTOR.

. Take off the C-Ring and the DRIVE PULLEY together with the DRIVE BELT 1 from
the left-hand side of the TRANSPORT ROLLER.
There is a DOWEL PIN behind the DRIVE PULLEY. Do not lose it.

. Take out the black and white SPACERS at the left-hand side of the TRANSPORT
ROLLER.
