Important
Connecting the chassis' fans
If you need to add to or replace one of the fans connected to your Matrox
Supersight chassis, use the following procedure.
1. Open the chassis by following the steps explained in Removing the chassis cover,
earlier in this chapter.
2. If necessary, remove the retainer guides. For information, refer to Removing the
retainer guide subsection, earlier in this chapter.
3. Remove the drive-tray from the chassis. For information, refer to the Installing or
replacing an optical disk drive, earlier in this chapter.
4. Unlock and open the front panel of the unit.
5. Open the screen door covering the chassis' fan to be removed. To do so, remove
the two screws on the screen door. Once these two screws are removed, the screen
door drops forward.
Unscrew

Unlock

6. Remove the four screws that attach the chassis' fan to the unit.
Disconnect
power cable
behind fan
