52 Chapter 3: Connecting devices to the backplane and to the Matrox Supersight SHB-5520 board
Configuration 0 example
In configuration 0, there is one node. For example, configuration 0 could consist
of the following boards installed in the unit:
• One Matrox Supersight SHB-5520, connected to SHB connector 1.
• One auxiliary I/O adapter bracket, connected to another board but not connected
directly to the backplane.
• One frame grabber board (for example, a Matrox Morphis Dual board) connected
to PCIe connector 1.
• Six third-party GPU boards, connected to PCIe connectors 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 10,
respectively. Each of these GPU boards requires two slots.
