Meaning
This item forces the PCIe interfaces of the Matrox Supersight SHB-5520 board to run in PCIe Gen 1
mode.
Note that this item should be set to Enabled if you experience problems running old Gen 1 devices.
This item allows you to disable the two on-board Gbit Ethernet ports on the bracket of your Matrox
Supersight SHB-5520.
When Enabled, the on-board Gbit Ethernet controller on your Matrox Supersight SHB-5520 is used
instead of an external third-party Ethernet board that you added to your Matrox Supersight unit.
When Disabled, your external Ethernet board, that you added to the Matrox Supersight unit, is used
instead of the Gbit Ethernet controller on your Matrox Supersight SHB-5520.
This item relates to PCIe Ports 1 and 2 from the I/O hub's perspective. They are reserved for internal use.
Note that the default setting should not be changed.
This item relates to PCIe Ports 3 through 6, from the I/O hub's perspective. These ports follow the PCI
Industrial Computer Manufacturers Group (PICMG) pinout in regards to their routing.
Note that the default setting of this value is optimized for the Matrox Supersight SHB-5520 board.
This item relates to PCIe Ports 7 through 10, from the I/O hub's perspective.
Note that this item should be left at its default setting.

Intel VT for Directed I/O Configuration sub-submenu

The Intel VT for Directed I/O configuration sub-menu allows you to enable Intel
VT for directed I/O, a service which allows virtual machines (running within the
operating system of your Matrox Supersight SHB-5520 board).
Setting the items below to the wrong values can cause the unit to malfunction.
Meaning
This item allows you to enable virtual machines (running within the operating system of your Matrox
Supersight SHB-5520 board) to have full access to all the peripheral devices connected to your Matrox
Supersight SHB-5520 board.
Note that the default setting of this value is optimized for the Matrox Supersight SHB-5520 board.
