2. Center pillar inner upper trim
3. Sunvisor assembly
4. Dome light
5. Assist grip
6. Front pillar trim

8. Rear speaker cover
9. Luggage light
10. Sliding roof switch

ROOF LINING

REMOVAL
Sedan model
1) Remove sunvisor assembly.
2) Remove rear view mirror.
3) Remove assist grips.
4) Remove upper side of door weatherstrips.
5) Remove front and rear pillar trims.
6) Remove center pillar inner upper trim.
7) Remove partition front trim, left. And disconnect dome light har-
ness coupler.
8) Remove roof lining with dome light.
9) Remove dome light.
NOTE:
Two-side bondable tape used for securing head lining in
place should be cleaned with solvent.
Hatch-back model
1) Remove sunvisor assembly.
2) Remove rear view mirror and dome light.
3) Remove assist grip.
4) Remove upper side of door weatherstrips.
5) Remove front pillar trims and quarter window upper trim.
6) Remove upper side of back door weatherstrip.
7) Remove roof lining.
Wagon model
1) Remove sunvisor assembly.
2) Remove dome light.
3) Remove rear view mirror.
4) Remove sliding roof weatherstrip.
5) Remove assist grips.
6) Remove sliding roof switch cover and then sliding roof switch
screw.
7) Remove rear speaker covers. (Refer to REAR SPEAKER.)
8) Remove upper side of door weatherstrips.
9) Remove front pillar trims.
10) Remove center pillar inner upper trim after removing seat belt
anchor bolt.
11) Remove quarter window trims after removing quarter inner
trims.
12) Remove roof lining, disconnecting luggage light coupler.
NOTE:
Tow-side bondable tape used for securing roof lining in
place should be cleaned with solvent.
