REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER

ENGINE ROOM COVER SIDE

REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB–ASSY NO.1
4.
DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT
5.
REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT
6.
REMOVE GENERATOR ASSY
7.
REMOVE WATER INLET
(a)
Remove the 2 nuts and the water inlet.

REMOVE THERMOSTAT

INSTALL WATER INLET
(a)
Install the water inlet with the 2 nuts.
Torque: 11 N m (112 kgf cm, 8 ft lbf)

INSTALL GENERATOR ASSY
12.
ADD ENGINE COOLANT
13.
CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS

INSTALL THERMOSTAT

Install a new gasket to the thermostat.
