Steady State

As soon as a measured value is longer than the time SSW within the tolerance
window SST, in the status word the Steady State bit is set.

As soon as this condition is not true, the last measured value is first used, the
comparison timer restarted and the bit is reset.

Self calibration

based on this the internal offset & factor are calculated.
