3. Hot Roller Replacement

1. Remove the oil blade.
2. Remove any excess
remove the oil sump.
3. Remove the fusing unit knob [B] (1 screw),
4. Remove the oil pump mechanism [C] with the oil tank [D] (2 screws and
1 connector).
5. Rotate the front lamp terminal [E] and remove the fusing lamp [F].
\
Do not touch the fusing lamp with oily fingers because oil marks may
damage the lamp.
6. Swing down the fusing exit assembly [G] and unhook the pressure
springs [H].
7. Remove the harness support bracket [1] (2 screws and 2 hooks).
8. Remove the thermistor bracket [J] (2 screws).
9. Remove the rear lamp terminal [K] (1 screw and 1 hook).
