COPY IMAGE

1. Light Intensity Adjustment

NOTE: -
This adjustment should be done when the rest time compensation
of the bias voltage is OV-when the main power switch has just
been turned on.
Auto ID sensor adjustment must be done after light intensity
adjustment.
ADJUSTMENT STANDARD:
Clean the optics (mirrors, lens, reflectors, exposure glass, toner shield

glass).

Turn on the main switch and allow it to warm up.

Set the image density level at the No. 4 position and make 11 test copies
of the OS-A3 test chart.
At that time, it is required to confirm if the auto image density base level is
positioned at the No. 4 position. If not, position the base level to No. 4.

Confirm that the level 2 of the gray scale is just visible on the 1Ith copy. If
the image density is not correct, proceed to steps 5 to 10.

Level
of the gray scale on the OS-A3 chart should
be just visible on the copy when the 4th level of the
density control is selected.
