8 . Remove the rear cover and lower the PCB plate (2 screws each).
9 . Remove the transport and separation power pack (1 screw).

Disconnect the vacuum fan connector [A] (2p white) just under the main
motor.
11 . Remove the transport unit from the mounting bracket [B] (2 screws).
12 .
Slide the transport unit and vacuum fan out of the copier.
NOTE: When reinstalling the transport unit, be sure the transport gear
engages with the drive gear.
13 . Remove the front of the transport unit as shown (1 E-ring, 1 spring [C]
and 1 shaft [D]).
Pull the right transport roller [E] and transport belt [F] to the right and

remove the transport rollers [G].
15 . Remove the transport belt as shown.
