5. Toner Supply Clutch Lubrication
Turn off the main switch.
1 .
2 . Remove the rear cover (2 screws).
3 Remove the screw securing the dc harness guide [A] to the toner supply
clutch support bracket [B].
Remove the toner supply clutch support bracket.
4 .
Remove the clutch hub [C] (1 E-ring), the spring [D], and the sleeve [E].
5 .
Clean the clutch hub, spring, and gear.
6 .
7 .
Apply the grease
NOTE: Make sure that the right-angle projection is inside the notch of the
sleeve.
(Mobil Temp 78) inside the spring.
