6. Troubleshooting

Problem
• Vsg_reg (SP3121) is out of range (not within 4.0±0.2V).
• ID sensor fouled with dust, toner
• ITB undulating or out of position
Solution
• Remove the ITB unit.
• Make sure the belt is mounted correctly.
• Clean the windows of the ID sensors with alcohol and a clean cloth.
• Be sure to wipe the sensor apertures with a wet cloth. A dry cloth may generate static
