This command enables channel #3 for SYNC/ASYNC
RS232/RS422 operation, AUPC operation, or can be disabled.
Where: xxxxxx = 0.6 to 4000.0 for RS422 (kbit/s in 100 bit/s
steps), 0.6 to 64.0 for RS232 (kbit/s in 100 bit/s steps).

(Channel Enabled for AUPC), ASYNC_RS232 (Channel
Enabled for ASYNC RS232), SYNC_RS232 (Channel Enabled

ASYNC RS485).
This command enables channel #4 for SYNC/ASYNC RS232
operation, ASYNC RS485 operation, AUPC operation, or can
be disabled.
Where: xxxxxx = 0.6 to 64.0 (kbit/s in 100 bit/s steps).
