Crankcase Assembly - Honda CBR125R Owner's Manual

Drive in new bearings into the left crankcase until
they are fully seated using the special tools.
TOOLS:
Mainshaft bearing (sealed side facing down):
Driver
Attachment, 32 x 35 mm
Pilot, 12 mm
Countershaft bearing (marked side facing up):
Driver
Attachment, 42 x 47 mm
Pilot, 20 mm
Balancer bearing (marked side facing up):
Driver
Attachment, 32 x 35 mm
Pilot, 12 mm
After installation, apply engine oil to each bearing
rotating area.
Apply grease to new countershaft oil seal lips.
Install the countershaft oil seal until it is flush with
the crankcase surface.

CRANKCASE ASSEMBLY

Clean the oil passages of each crankcase using
compressed air.
Check the oil passage for clogs.
