Thermostat - Honda CBR125R Owner's Manual

COOLING SYSTEM
Remove the reserve tank cap and fill the reserve
tank to the "UPPER" level line.
Install the reserve tank cap.
Install the following:
– Single seat (page 2-4)
– Lower cowl (page 2-8)

THERMOSTAT

REMOVAL
Drain the coolant (page 6-7).
Lift and support the fuel tank (page 3-6).
Remove the bolts and thermostat housing cover.
Remove the thermostat from the thermostat hous-
ing.
INSPECTION
Visually inspect the thermostat for damage.
Check for damage of the seal ring.
