Select the method for the cam reference position to be restored when [Pr.462]
Cam axis position restoration object (D15102+150n) is set to "0: Cam axis
current value per cycle restoration" or "2: Cam axis current feed value
restoration".

the range from 0 to (Cam axis length per cycle - 1).
