Disassembly /Inspection/Reassembly
NOTE:
• Do not use a magnet to re move the
check balls; it may
magnetize the balls.
• Clean all parts thoroughly in solvent or carburetor cleaner, and dry them with compressed air. Blowout all passages.
• Replace the valve body as an assembly if any parts are worn o r damaged.
• Check all valves for free movement. If any fail to slide freely, see Valve Body Repair on page 14-192.
• Coat all parts with ATF during reassembly .
