instailed
on the
shift
fork
shaft.
Excessive vibration,
rpm
related.
Torque converter
not fully
seated
in ATF pump
Noise
only
with wheels
moving.
Reverse
selector
hub installed
upside
down
Mainshaft
oil
seal pops out.
Mainshaft oil seal
improperly
installed
• Install the mainshaft
oi
l seal
flush with the torque converter housing. If
the mains haft
oil seal
is installed
into
the torque
converter
housing
until
it bottoms, it will block the
fluid
return passage and result in damage.
Various shifting
problems.
Springs improperly

Harsh upshift.
