Troubleshooting Flowchart -

Indicator Light Does Not Come On
The

indicator light does not
come on when
the
ignition swrtch
is first
turned ON
(II).
{It
should
come on for about two seconds.1
Check the Service Check Connec-
tor:
Make
sure
the
special
tool
(SCS
Service Connector)
is
not
connect-
ed to
the service check connector.
Is the

ignition
switch OFF.
2.
Disconnect

the PCM.
3.
Check for
continuity between
the A9 terminal
and body

ground and the
A22 terminal
and
body ground.
