Upper Arm Bushing Replacement
1.
Remove the upper arm bushing and
upper arm
inner bushing as shown.

2.
Mark a scribe line
on
the upper arm inner bushing
so
it
is in line w ith the bolt mounting
surface.

Rear Damper
Removal
1.
Remove the rear wheels (see page
18-211,
2.
Remove the damper access panel and the damper
cap.
3.
Remove the two flange nuts.

10 x 1.25 mm
4.
Remove the flange
bolts.

Make a mark on the upper arm at two points so
the
marks are in
line
and at a right angle with the
arm
as shown in the drawing.
4.
Drive in the upper arm inner bushing with the
marks aligned until
the
leading
edge
is flush w ith
the upper arm
.

5.
Drive the
upper arm
bushing into the upper arm
until
the leading
edge
is flush
with
the upper
arm.

Lower the rear suspension, and r
e
move the
damper.
